Dr. Lorman was born and raised in Long Island, New York. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Vermont in Burlington, Vermont, and completed his medical studies and internship in New York City. He then moved to Cleveland, Ohio, where he completed his orthopaedic training at the prestigious Cleveland Clinic. To round out his training, he took a fellowship in rehabilitation at the Rancho Los Amigos Hospital in Downey, California, planning initially to return to the Cleveland Clinic to begin his orthopaedic practice. However, after spending one winter in Southern California, there was no returning to the Midwest. Dr. Lorman practices general orthopaedics along with fracture work and sports medicine.
